Energy Manager

The Energy Manager is responsible for managing Robinsons Land Corporation's energy procurement, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy innovation initiatives across all business units and properties. The role ensures the reliable, efficient, and cost-effective use of energy resources while supporting operational excellence, business resilience, ESG commitments, and long-term asset value creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Law, or related field. Professional license prefered.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in energy compliance, utilities, power procurement, or regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and DOE requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
