Due to this rapid growth, we are now looking for a Land Legal Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and organize land ownership documents including titles (OCT/TCT), tax declarations, deeds of sale, lease contracts, right-of-way agreements, and special powers of attorney.
- Ensure consistency and completeness of documentary requirements for land acquisition and lease transactions.
- Maintain an updated and well-structured filing system (physical and digital) of all land documents.
- Support legal and permitting teams during due diligence and project audits.
- Coordinate with local government offices and national agencies for document verification, certification, and registration.
- Track and monitor progress of document processing, including notarization, registration, and release.
- Prepare documentation summaries and reports for management and project teams.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or problematic documents and proactively assist in resolving them.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all records and information.
- Provide administrative support to the land acquisition and legal teams as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land documentation, real estate, or permitting.
- Strong understanding of Philippine land ownership systems and documentation procedures.
- Familiarity with processes involving DENR, DAR, BIR, LRA, and LGUs.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple document workflows under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially when coordinating with landowners and public offices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document tracking systems.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities projects.
- Knowledge of project development documentation workflows.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (regional dialects an advantage).
