Energy/Infra Senior Associate - Global Private Equity Fund

A leading global private equity fund is building its infrastructure team and hiring investment professionals at Senior Associate levels to join its Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the screening and evaluation of equity investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses and investment committee materials for new and existing investments.
• Assist with due diligence, deal execution and transaction documentation for private equity investments.
• Support portfolio management, including monitoring operating performance, value creation initiatives and exit planning.
• Work closely with internal teams, portfolio companies, advisors and external counterparties on transaction execution and ongoing investment support.
• Contribute to post-investment monitoring, reporting and analysis for the portfolio.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in the buy side with energy transition/infrastructure/real assets/generalist PE experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling
• Have executed at least deals end-to-end
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management and clients.

**Given the team's requirements and deal pace, we are primarily seeking candidates with direct buy-side experience. However, strong investment banking (IB) candidates may also be considered.
