Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum three (3) years of working experience in Boiler Operations
- Good Leadership Skill
- Handles Pressure professionally
- Good oral and written communication
Duties And Responsibilities
- In-charge of Continuous operation of boilers in compliance with production plan and plant operation plan, with coordination with boiler maintenance
- In-charge of Boilers assessment in terms of:
- Safety of Manpower and Plant
- Boiler Efficiency
- Environment Compliance
- Cost efficiency
- Schedule Compliance
- Prepares reports of Boilers Operation summary (daily ; weekly ; monthly ; quarterly and yearly) (Boiler steam generation vs. plan, fuel consumption vs. plan, water consumption vs. plan, boiler chemicals compliance , parts and auxiliary status , target improvement
- Prepares reports for Boiler Status to coordinate to Boiler Maintenance.
- Prepares reports for Boiler Improvement for Operation and procedure
- Checks and approve boilers plan according to production plan.
