We are looking for experienced End-to-End Medical Billers to join our team! If you have strong knowledge of the complete medical billing cycle and revenue cycle management, this opportunity is for you.

Job Details

• Role: End-to-End Medical Biller
• Total Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years in end-to-end medical billing
• Work Model: Work From Home (WFH)
• Shift: Night Shift
• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila Time (MNL)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Prepare, review, and submit medical claims.
• Handle payment posting, adjustments, and remittance reconciliation.
• Manage claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and appeals.
• Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups and monitor aging reports.
• Coordinate with insurance payers, providers, and patients to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing and denial management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in medical billing systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred: CPC, CPB, or other relevant medical billing certifications. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers is an advantage.
