The Enablement and Support role leads the Division's enablement, support, and operational excellence functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. It manages and develops a team, oversees key activities such as request fulfillment, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance, and supports continuous process improvement.
The role is responsible for aligning processes with bank policies and regulations, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective financial and risk management. It also supports strategic initiatives and helps drive operational improvements that contribute to the Division's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; drive recruitment, onboarding, and training while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and values-driven environment.
- Operations & Support Management: Oversee enablement and support functions, including request fulfillment, budget management, asset monitoring, vendor management, compliance, and employee engagement; provide back-up support for business systems when needed.
- Process Development & Compliance: Design, review, and enhance business operations policies, processes, and tools; ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate with internal partners and manage compliance risks and issues.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals; identify and drive process improvements and performance metrics in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, internal teams, and partners; manage vendor selection, contracts, SLAs, performance, and compliance.
- Financial & Risk Management: Plan and manage the Division's budget, monitor financial performance, optimize costs, prepare reports and forecasts, and identify and mitigate operational risks with contingency plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity); stay updated on changes and work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience in business operations or project management, preferably in technology or financial services.
- Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
