Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of the B2B, B2C, and custom client web strategy for Optum Financial.
- Lead planning and development of web properties in collaboration with web teams
- Define audience-specific best practices, governance, and performance standards
- Drive innovation in content creation, including leveraging AI and automation for efficiency and personalization.
- Collaborate with web teams, marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure content drives to key behavior.
- Ensure microsites are launched on time and match client specifications.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in web and digital marketing
- Familiarity with website management and deployment and digital content best practices.
- Experience with content management systems and AI-based tools preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
