Role Summary

The Employer Network Development Manager is responsible for growing rocketnurse's network of healthcare employers across the Philippines. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations, introducing the platform, and supporting employers as they begin using rocketnurse.

Working closely with the Employer & Recruiter Partnership Lead, this role focuses on employer acquisition, platform adoption, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Acquisition

• Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, homecare providers, BPO healthcare organizations, and other healthcare employers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with decision-makers.
• Develop long-term relationships with HR and healthcare leaders.
• Convert prospects into active rocketnurse partners.

Platform Adoption

• Support employers during onboarding.
• Encourage employers to post nursing vacancies on rocketnurse.
• Promote the use of platform features, including intelligent candidate matching, recruitment workflow tools, candidate comparison, and talent pool management.
• Work with internal teams to ensure successful employer activation.

Business Development

• Expand rocketnurse's employer network across the Philippines.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Represent rocketnurse at industry events and networking activities.
• Gather market insights and employer feedback.

Pipeline & Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Track opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
• Prepare regular reports on employer acquisition, platform adoption, and market feedback.

Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, account management, or partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Preferred

• Existing network within the Philippine healthcare industry.
• Experience working with hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or digital platforms.
