BE SmartAdmin Services Pty Ltd (BESAS) is a growing professional services group providing bookkeeping, paraplanning, and administrative support to international clients. We also operate BE Wealth and Strategic Financial.
We are currently strengthening our online presence and employer branding across all three companies to improve recruitment visibility, clarity of identity, and overall professional positioning.
We are looking for a Project-Based Employer Branding & LinkedIn Consultant to lead this initiative.
Role Overview
This is a short-term project (1–2 months) focused on building a strong foundation for how our companies are presented online—particularly for recruitment and talent attraction.
This is not a social media posting role. The focus is branding, LinkedIn optimization, and employer positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize LinkedIn company pages for BESAS, BE Wealth, and Strategic Financial
- Develop Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding messaging
- Create simple, recruitment-focused landing pages (one per entity)
- Strengthen overall company identity and positioning across all platforms
- Provide a simple structure for ongoing LinkedIn updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in LinkedIn company page optimization
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Ability to translate business services into clear talent-attraction messaging
- Experience creating landing pages or simple web pages (Notion, Carrd, Canva, Webflow, etc.)
- Portfolio of relevant work is required

Working Arrangement
- Part-time, project-based
- Flexible schedule
- Must be available for collaboration during core hours:
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Output-based work with agreed milestones
Payment Terms
Milestone-based project structure:
- Milestone 1: LinkedIn audit, strategy, and messaging direction
- Milestone 2: Employer branding development and LinkedIn optimization
- Milestone 3: Landing pages, final outputs, and handover
