Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace, and support SGV's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Talent Team, Finance, Technology, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Risk Management, and Administration & Workplace Services.

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals (with one to two years of working experience) to join our Talent Team. As the Employer Brand Associate, you will develop engaging and compelling marketing, promotional, and social media content to bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life to attract and acquire exceptional Talents. As part of the team, you'll also build strategic relationships with leaders and other groups across our complex business. Your Key Responsibilities

In your role as Employer Brand Associate in the firm, you will actively support the firm's Talent Attraction and Engagement initiatives. Your contributions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Planning and execution of Employer Brand campaigns, strategies, and initiatives
  • Propose creative and engaging activities to support the Employer Brand, take initiative in researching the trends in digital marketing and communications
  • Editorial support: Write and edit internal and external communications such as electronic publications, correspondences, messages, proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Design Support: Prepare collateral briefs for material production, liaise with vendors for merchandise and display orders, documentation support (photo and video coverage)
  • Event Support: Prepare cost estimates and event proposals, liaise with vendors for event services, logistics, manpower support, and event coordination
  • Social Media support: content creation for social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other Websites, community management support of digital platforms
  • Ensure that all promotional and communication materials conform to the EY Global Employer Brand standards and local firmwide guidelines
  • Support the various Talent Functions in editorial, design, and event requirements as necessary
  • Provide timely reports, flag risks or delays in advance, and provide recommendations to the Team Lead, Talent Leader, and key stakeholders

To qualify for this role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Multimedia Management, or equivalent degree
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office

Ideally, you'll also have

  • One to two years experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management or Advertising/Media Agency
  • Photography and Videography skills
  • Adobe Application skills (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.), Canva Skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
