Manage and monitor timely and fair resolution of employee disciplinary cases.
Support the HR Business Partner in conducting investigations by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and preparing reports, notices, and recommendations.
Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and other HR functions to ensure proper case handling, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Provide guidance on employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in all HR practices.
Process employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and other changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Handle disciplinary notices, documentation, and case resolutions in accordance with due process and company standards.
Develop, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support performance management programs to drive employee growth and accountability.
Manage the employee exit process, including clearances, exit interviews, and final documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding experience.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, case handling, and investigations.
Knowledgeable on Philippine labor law and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
