Job Description

Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues
Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee conduct, attendance, and HR policies.
Oversee probation, performance management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Monitor employee relations trends, identify risks, and recommend solutions to improve workforce effectiveness.
Act as a trusted HR partner, providing expert guidance on complex employee matters and labor law compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employee Relations Specialist should have:

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
Proven experience independently handling complex employee cases, including grievances, complaints, accommodations, attendance, and performance issues.
Ability to influence stakeholders, coach leaders, and make fair, objective, and business-aligned recommendations.
Confident and resilient HR professional with strong judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to support international or geographically dispersed teams.
