Job Description

Overall Job Purpose

Assists Employee Relations Supervisor in planning and implementing company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Employee Relations.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Knowledgeable in different HR policies and methods to implement them.
  • Knowledgeable in the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
  • Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations Team.
  • Assists in the end-to-end process of Employee Relations.
  • Handles and monitors employee records.
  • Assists ER Supervisor in the preparation and issuance of Employees Extension and Renewal of Contract.
  • Coordinates with Operations regarding the staff and workers recommended for Transfer to another site. Provides the Recruitment Team a list of approved names for transfer.
  • Monitors contracts of staff and workers.
  • Assists Employee Relations Supervisor in the issuance of Employee's Performance Evaluation. Tracking and monitoring of each Staff and Workers Performance Rating and Status.
  • Processes Resignation Letter received from Employees and conducts Exit Interviews.
  • Checks and monitors Staff and Workers submitted Clearance
  • Processes all Incident Report received from Sites and Offices.
  • Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the Employee Relations Supervisor and HR Manager.
