Job Summary
The Culture and Engagement Officer assist and works with the Human Resources Manager with creating and delivering R&R communications, ideation of incentives and activities, manages prize and recognition award distribution, organizes events, and supports VIP visitors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work with the HR Manager in developing, evaluating, and implementing R&R programs to ensure employee awareness and engagement for both onsite and virtual work environments.
- Plan, promote and oversee logistics for events and R&R activities, prepare agendas, coordinate facilities, and secure materials as needed.
- Write dynamic, engaging and informative content across a variety of forums (print, social media, web) to communicate R&R initiatives.
- Convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise and creative way; demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain site and departmental information; track reward information.
- Negotiate with third party vendors to secure event and rewards and recognition deliverables within budget requirements.
- Conduct check in calls with employees to get feedback and gauge employee satisfaction.
- Ensure that Team Engagement Activities are happening quarterly and assists the managers and team leaders in coming up with team building activity ideas.
- Prepare and distribute welcome packs, regularization and anniversary tokens.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics related to employee engagement.
- Capacity to identify patterns, correlations, and areas for improvement in engagement initiatives.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skill with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and strategies clearly and concisely in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to foster positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and facilitate productive discussions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for designing engaging visual content and promotional materials.
Screening Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years experience in Rewards and Recognitions or Employee Engagement.
- Must have stable employment history
