  • Handle employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct administrative investigations and disciplinary hearings when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as incident reports, notices, and case records
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and employees regarding employee relations matters
  • Mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and employee engagement activities

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 12 years experience in HR or Employee Relations
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and company policies
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
