We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations initiatives, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee engagement programs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in fostering a respectful, compliant, and values-driven workplace culture.
Employee Relations & Case Management
- Lead and manage employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, and investigations
- Ensure timely and fair administration of due process and company policies
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and prepare disciplinary recommendations and documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases
Policy Management & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and the Code of Discipline
- Recommend policy updates and improvements as needed
Conflict Resolution & Mediation
- Facilitate mediation sessions and resolve workplace conflicts
- Partner with department leaders to address employee concerns and promote positive working relationships
- Develop proactive strategies to prevent workplace disputes
Recognition & Employee Engagement
- Oversee employee commendation and recognition programs
- Collaborate with leaders to promote employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Support cultural, values-based, and wellness initiatives across the organization.
Coaching & Leadership Support
- Guide managers and supervisors in conducting coaching and counseling sessions.
- Support leadership development through effective feedback and employee performance discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.
- Preferably with experience in the retail, food & beverage, or multi-site operations industry.
- Experience supporting organizations with 3,000+ employees is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations practices.
- Excellent investigation, conflict resolution, and case management skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Work Arrangement
- Full-time, On-site in Paranaque
- 5-day workweek, 8 hours per day.
- May be required to attend off-site HR activities and employee engagement programs
