Prepare and control documents in accordance with the rules of the company.
Communicate to employees to understand the companys Code of Discipline.
Ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases.
Comply with DOLE 1020 registration, DOLE General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
Prepare and monitor ER reports(Attrition, Exit interviews, NODs, AWOL).
Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
Tracks, organizes and documents all employee cases and disciplinary measures).
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
Conduct exit interview to all separated employees as a strategic approach to evaluate the quality of work-life within the Organization and identify problems associated with employee retention and engagement.
Perform other functions related to position and qualification that are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Science/Law or Political Science.
Open to Fresh Graduate with relative internship experience.
Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
Amenable to work on site: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
