Manage the complete offboarding process including clearance coordination, exit interviews, and final documentation.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends, reasons for resignation, and improvement opportunities; provide quarterly exit interview analysis reports.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee change status notices (promotions, transfers, terminations).
Coordinate with department heads and HR team to monitor the performance evaluation schedule and ensure completion.
Collaborate with direct managers to create and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
Maintain and audit all HR documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR documentation or admin-related work.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Familiarity with HRIS or documentation systems is a plus.
