Job Description

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management in a reputable College or University with good scholastic records
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment within defined guidelines.
  • A positive, collaborative approach and strong team-player attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely and thorough investigations into complex employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts, recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Design and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures to foster positive relationships and address workplace concerns.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures, communicating them to managers and employees.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to managers on best practices in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and generate positive outcomes for the business.
  • Stay informed about and ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee-related issues and facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Produce investigation reports and provide updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
