Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace behavior.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness across the organization.
- Develop and implement feedback mechanisms.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
- Maintain and audit HR records to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR practices.
- Develop and deliver training on compliance topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct audits of HR practices to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Policy Development & Implementation:
- Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to all team members.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Related Certification or further studies are a plus.
