Employee Lifecycle Specialist
The Employee Life Cycle Specialist ensures the efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders, including entities, regions, and employees, in alignment with agreed Service Level Targets. Their role involves providing quality and timely end-to-end support across all P&C areas, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key responsibilities include maintaining data within GBS systems, preparing documents, certifications, and reports, supporting communication within defined procedures, promoting the deployment of my JTI, coordinating with markets to ensure GBS processes are up-to-date, and updating SOPs to reflect system and process changes.
