The Specialist (Employee Experience)contributes in the development, communication, implementation, and review of programs/initiatives that foster a balanced work environment and promote employee engagement, mindfulness, motivation, welfare, and well-being.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of employee engagement and integration projects, including company-wide celebrations, social events, management of employee interest groups, work/life and wellness programs, etc.
2. Facilitate the administration of employee surveys and contributes in the analysis and reporting of relevant data to determine the effectiveness of employee engagement programs
3. Collaborate with various employee groups in executing company-wide / institutional activities and programs that promote work-life balance
4. Prepare employee communication and campaign materials for the different employee engagement programs
5. Serve as a facilitator or moderator for the different employee engagement programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
1. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavorial Sciences, Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent, and from reputable universities
2. At least 5 years, with direct experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs related to employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning and organizational design, competency-based employee development, and/or HR partnering
3. Must have Intermediate skills in using Google Workspace applications (in lieu of MS Office or Open Office applications)
4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate alignment discussions with different levels of stakeholders
5. Must be able to gather, organize, and synthesize information, and come up with insightful presentation materials or reports
