This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating experiences and initiatives, keeping HR processes organized, and finding ways to make the employee journey better.

  • Monitor engagement feedback and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

End-to-End Onboarding

  • Own the onboarding journey from pre-boarding through successful integration into the organization.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, orientation, onboarding sessions, and Day 1 activities.
  • Ensure new hires have the information, resources, access, and support they need to start strong.
  • Conduct onboarding check-ins and use feedback to continuously improve the new-hire experience.
  • Support employee movements, transfers, promotions, and other key employee lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate offboarding and exit interviews and help identify insights that can improve employee retention.

HR Operations & 201 Files

  • Maintain accurate and complete 201 employee files and HR records throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure employee documentation is collected, organized, updated, and properly maintained.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete employee requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation requirements.

Employee Support

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR processes, policies, benefits, documentation, and workplace concerns.
  • Provide timely and employee-focused HR support.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve employee requests and concerns.
  • Support attendance, leave, employee records, and other day-to-day HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.

Performance & HR Support

  • Support performance review and employee development processes.
  • Assist HR leadership with employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.
  • Escalate complex employee relations matters appropriately and confidentially.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally with exposure to employee engagement, onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and 201 files.
  • Strong experience coordinating onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Experience organizing employee engagement activities or people-focused initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
