Overview:

The Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the delivery of a consistent, engaging, and scalable onboarding experience for employees across NCR Voyix. This role serves as a key coordinator for both local and global onboarding activities, helping new hires successfully transition into the organization and connect with our culture, resources, and ways of working.

Working closely with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners, this individual will help coordinate onboarding programs, maintain onboarding resources, support employee experience initiatives, and ensure a high-quality experience for employees throughout their first days, weeks, and months with the company.

Global & Local Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple regions and functions, including scheduling sessions, managing communications, and delivering sessions.
  • Partner with HR teams, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain onboarding calendars, SharePoint sites, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of onboarding materials.
  • Gather feedback from participants and help identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

Employee Experience Support:

  • Support and assist with employee experience initiatives that help strengthen engagement, connection, and culture across the organization.
  • Help coordinate virtual and in-person employee events and programs as needed.
  • Maintain employee experience resources, communications, and program information.
  • Support data and reporting related to employee experience and onboarding programs.

Program Coordination & Administration:

  • Coordinate multiple projects while tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items.
  • Schedule meetings, organize materials, and support stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and program data.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partner effectively with colleagues across different countries, functions, and time zones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, talent management, learning, onboarding, administration, customer service, or related areas.
  • Internship, university project, or early career experience supporting HR or people-related programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping employees succeed.
