Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality back-office support for travel and expense processing via Concur, managing credit card reporting, and overseeing departmental controls and key metrics associated with the Employee Expense & Credit Card Services team. Additionally, this role will conduct analytical tasks and prepare ad hoc reports for management, as well as provide project-related support as needed.

Job Description:

The Employee Expense Analyst is tasked with delivering exceptional service, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality across key responsibilities that are highly valued by our clients.

What will you do

Review key metrics on a daily basis and address any issues affecting performance.

Complete and review control tasks and related documentation to ensure accuracy and identify potential process gaps.

Collaborate with business partners to resolve issues or escalate them to management when necessary.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the current Concur configuration for global business partners and support troubleshooting or change requests.

Compile information for monthly key performance indicators and prepare summary reports for management.

Support the implementation of corporate card and expense initiatives.

Proactively respond to client inquiries or concerns.

Identify, recommend, and support opportunities for process improvement.

Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Perform administrative duties as required.

Proficient in Concur, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
