Overview

Lhoopa is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and people-oriented Employee Engagement

Supervisor who can lead the planning and flawless execution of company-wide engagement

programs, activations, and culture-building initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage

multiple activities, events, and employee programs with strong structure, coordination, and attention to detail. Creativity is important, but execution excellence is the priority.

We are looking for someone who is naturally sociable, approachable, and able to build strong

relationships across all levels of the organization, someone employees genuinely enjoy working with and can easily connect with.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture Programs

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities,

company events, team buildings, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.

• Ensure all activations are well-organized, structured, and executed smoothly from

planning to post-event evaluation.

• Manage timelines, logistics, suppliers, budgets, communications, and event deliverables

efficiently.

• Create engaging employee experiences that strengthen morale, collaboration, and

company culture.

• Support internal engagement campaigns aligned with company values and organizational

goals.

Program Management & Execution

• Build clear project plans and execution frameworks for engagement activities.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with different departments, leaders, and external partners.

• Ensure high standards of organization, follow-through, and operational excellence.

• Anticipate issues proactively and provide solutions before problems arise.

• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, calendars, and engagement reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop strong relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.

• Serve as a visible and approachable culture champion within the company.

• Support employee communications and engagement touchpoints.

• Help create a positive, collaborative, and energetic work environment.
