JOB SUMMARY

Sales Engagement Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the sales engagement process within the organization. This position involves leading a team of sales engagement representatives, developing strategies to enhance sales interactions, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Engagement Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's performance and professional development.

2. Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales engagement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales leadership team (Sales Heads, Deputy Sales Heads & Sales Directors) to align sales engagement initiatives with overall business objectives.

3. Process Optimization:

Continuously assess and improve sales engagement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to elevate the quality of customer interactions.

4. Performance Monitoring:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales engagement efforts.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to streamline handoff processes and maximize conversion rates. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales engagement data to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in Sales, with a track record of success.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City.
