Role Description
The Employee Engagement Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with company values. Daily responsibilities include coordinating engagement activities, conducting surveys to assess employee satisfaction, addressing concerns related to employee relations, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance the work environment. The role also involves supporting performance management processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations and Employee Engagement strategies to improve workplace culture
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law for ensuring adherence to legal regulations
- Experience in Performance Management initiatives to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in employee engagement or HR-related roles preferred
