Employee Engagement Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM/9:00AM-6:00PM

Role Description 

• Plan and execute end-to-end company events and programs (e.g. Wellness Programs).
• Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company celebrations.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee HR projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event evaluations.
• Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in events management, employee engagement, HR, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other creative tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Can start ASAP.
