Job Description:
- Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes
- Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
- Source and manage the procurement of event material and merchandise
- Provide support for team events and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Full-time interns preferred (3â€6 months)
