This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on building HR foundations, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring employees feel supported, motivated, and set up for success. You'll play a key operational role in onboarding, performance management, and culture-building, while helping the business grow its high-performing and collaborative workplace.

What You'll Do:

Employee Engagement & Onboarding

  • Own and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly and understand company expectations, values, and goals.
  • Continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure they are structured, effective, and scalable as the company grows.
  • Design and implement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins, engagement surveys, and feedback sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition initiatives, and engagement programs that strengthen employee morale and retention.

Performance Management

  • Own and execute the company's performance management framework, including goal setting, review cycles, and employee feedback processes.
  • Support managers in defining clear objectives and success metrics for their teams.
  • Facilitate performance improvement discussions and development planning where required.
  • Help embed structured goal-setting practices (e.g., OKRs or similar frameworks) across teams.
  • Track and analyze performance trends to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement.

HR Operations & People Processes

  • Own and execute core people-related operational processes including onboarding workflows, performance tracking, employee feedback loops, and HR documentation.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters.
  • Ensure HR fundamentals are consistently applied across the business, including clear documentation, structured processes, and transparent communication.
  • Work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve people processes and strengthen operational HR practices.

Culture & Continuous Improvement

  • Support leadership in strengthening company culture through communication, engagement initiatives, and leadership alignment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to ensure they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
  • Help ensure people-related processes are consistently executed and continuously improved across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Strong ability to own and execute HR processes, not only provide advisory support.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience implementing engagement, performance, or feedback tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple people-related initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
