Decision-Making: Deciding whether a patient needs discharge, admission, or surgery.
Rapid Assessment & Triage: Quickly determining the severity of a patient's condition to prioritize care.
Minimum Qualifications
Core Certifications (Mandatory or Strongly Preferred)
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- ATLS – Advanced Trauma Life Support
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- ACLS/ALS renewal as per guidelines
- Clinical Competencies
- Rapid patient assessment and triage
- Advanced airway management
- Trauma and resuscitation care
- Emergency procedures (intubation, chest tube, central lines, etc.)
- Acute medical and surgical emergencies
- Pediatric and obstetric emergencies
