We are looking for an experienced Verification & Test Engineers (Firmware) to join our client's project on a contract basis.
About the Role
Join a high-impact project in the Power IC domain, focusing on comprehensive verification and validation of embedded firmware.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintenance of test benches and emulation environments
- High-level verification and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
- Development of automated test frameworks and test harnesses
- Creation of test cases from requirements
- Regression testing and defect/bug tracking
- Pre-Silicon (Emulator / SIL) and Post-Silicon (HIL + Lab) testing
- Integration testing with HAL and application layers
- Configuration boundary and corner case testing
- Generation of test reports and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or in any related field of study
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong experience in Firmware Verification & Testing for Power ICs or Power Electronics
- Hands-on experience with HIL systems, test automation, and emulation tools (e.g. QEMU)
- Knowledge of communication protocols and microcontroller systems
- Ability to own the entire test and verification workflow
- Proficient in English
Contract Details
Duration 6 months full-time (40 hours/week, day shift) with high probability of extension
