Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution
- Lead the implementation of the embedded bancassurance strategy within BPI's ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment between MSIG and BPI objectives, acting as the primary connector between both organizations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and guide a dedicated team at BPI to deliver on agreed initiatives and KPIs.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and operational teams in both organizations.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to C-level executives while ensuring tactical execution at the ground level.
Product Ownership
- Own the roadmap for embedded insurance products integrated into BPI's digital platforms and customer journeys.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance customer experience and product performance.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish clear communication channels for reporting progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards across both organizations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in embedded insurance or embedded finance.
- At least 5 years in Digital Product Management, with proven experience owning and delivering a digital platform or mobile app.
Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of digital platforms and APIs.
- Creative mindset with a passion for customer experience and solution design innovation.
- Solid business acumen to align product initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with bancassurance models and financial services ecosystems.
- Experience working in agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of Business Case Targets: Deliver the business outcomes defined in the approved business case (e.g., revenue, adoption, engagement) by operating an agile and adaptive roadmap that prioritizes value delivery over rigid timelines.
- Customer engagement metrics (usage, retention, satisfaction).
- Speed and quality of feature delivery (time-to-market, defect rates).
- Partner integration success and scalability.
