Embedded Bancassurance Product Owner

We are supporting a leading financial services client in the Philippines to hire an Embedded Bancassurance Product Owner to drive digital growth through a strategic bank partnership.

This role sits at the intersection of banking, insurance, and digital product, and will lead the execution of embedded insurance products within a major bank's digital ecosystem. You will manage a dedicated team embedded within the bank, own the digital product roadmap, and act as the key bridge between senior leadership and execution teams.

This is a high-impact role with visibility at C-suite level, while still being hands-on with product delivery and customer journeys.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the embedded bancassurance strategy within a bank's digital platforms
• Own the product roadmap for embedded insurance across mobile apps and digital journeys
• Manage and guide a dedicated on-site team delivering agreed initiatives and KPIs
• Act as the main connector between bank and insurer stakeholders
• Present progress, risks, and insights to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, adoption, and commercial outcomes
• Ensure strong governance, reporting, and regulatory alignment
