Requirements
- E-mail and Voice (minimal calls) contact with customers and responsible to provide Before and After Sales
- Support BACK OFFICE for sales and pricing quotations.
- amenable to work in Ortigas Pasig
- willing to work for BPO Industry
- Much of a DATA ENTRY using various work tools, with good computer typing skills and getting up to speed
very quickly for navigating our multiple systems, tools and applications
- Proven experience in email customer support or related field.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Familiarity with customer support software and email platforms.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of company products and services.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
