Requirements

E-mail and Voice (minimal calls) contact with customers and responsible to provide Before and After Sales Support BACK OFFICE for sales and pricing quotations.

Much of a DATA ENTRY using various work tools, with good computer typing skills and getting up to speed very quickly for navigating our multiple systems, tools and applications

Proven experience in email customer support or related field.

Excellent written communication and grammar skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

Familiarity with customer support software and email platforms.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Basic knowledge of company products and services.

Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues via email.

Document and track customer interactions in the support system.

Collaborate with other teams to address complex problems.

Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.

Contribute to improving email support templates and processes.

Manage multiple email conversations simultaneously.

Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
