Job Description:

You will be the first point of contact in providing support and answering product functionality inquiries via email.

Qualifications:

• have 2 years of pure email support experience | minimum is 1 year and 8 months
• Highschool Graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Passes program-specific skills in areas of language fluency and special technical abilities.
• Has a strong willingness to work and have the abilities to do the job well.
