Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Location: Robinsons Summit Center, Ayala Avenue, Makati City

Employment Type: Initial 3-Month Contract, subject to monthly extension

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000

As an Email Support Representative, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns primarily through email
• Assist customers with product and order-related concerns
• Process returns, refunds, and replacements
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer requests
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a non-voice/email support environment
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to accept an initial 3-month contract with possible monthly extensions
