Job Description: The role involves handling customer inquiries via email, processing returns, refunds and replacement requests

Qualifications:

• have 1 year of customer-facing email support experience in a BPO setting
• College Graduate
• Good Communication skills
• Blended Role experience is applicable as long as the percentage of email usage is higher than the other two (2) channels which is voice or chat
