Job Description

Job Objective: (Impact to Business)

To generate qualified leads and nurture potential customers through strategic email marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in expanding the engagement pool, driving conversion through campaign execution, and producing high-quality marketing materials tailored to client needs and preferences.

Job Responsibilities: (Scope and Limitations of Functions)

· Plan and execute lead generation-focused email marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.

· Create, schedule, and manage newsletters to boost engagement and audience retention.

· Develop compelling and customized marketing materials (e.g., email templates, client presentations, product spotlights) for prospective and existing clients.

· Implement A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

· Ensure all email communications comply with legal standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

· Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, tools, and trends to continuously improve campaign quality.

· Maintain and expand engagement databases through different campaign initiatives

· Track and analyze key metrics in campaigns.

Job Skills: (Specialized Technical Expertise/Competencies)

· Strong grasp of lead generation strategies and audience segmentation.

· Expertise in email marketing platforms

· Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS for email formatting and template development.

· Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored for digital marketing.

· Analytical mindset with experience using tools for Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.

· Ability to design or coordinate creation of visual assets for email marketing.

Job Requirements: (Educational Attainment, Certifications)

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or at least 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on lead generation or B2B campaign execution.

· Proven experience in running successful lead-generation campaigns via email.

· Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

· Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging email content and visual layouts.
