Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Email Marketing Specialist for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will play a crucial role in launching effective email and SMS. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, email marketing, and a passion for creating personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth, as email is a critical acquisition channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • - Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS to engage customers
  • - Create segmentation and build campaign processes for brands within
  • - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • - Identify and implement strategies to reward and incentivize loyal customers
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • - Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize future campaigns
  • Customer Journey Mapping:
  • - Map out customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience at each touchpoint
  • - Implement automated workflows and triggers to deliver timely and relevant communications based on customer actions and milestones
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • - Work closely with marketing, creative, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • - Collaborate with data analysts and CRM specialists to leverage customer insights and optimize marketing efforts
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing
  • - Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and ROI

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have...

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with Klaviyo marketing automation platform and CRM system is a must
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
