What You'll Do
- Campaign QA & Execution: Conduct rigorous end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS. You will validate all technical setups (triggers, audience targeting, deliverability) and branding consistency before any campaign goes live.
- Campaign Operations: Prepare, schedule, and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) using advanced ESP tools.
- Project Management: Maintain meticulous campaign documentation in JIRA, Notion, or ClickUp. You will track campaign progress, flag SLA risks, and join daily syncs to review priorities.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current workflows and continuously refine QA checklists to eliminate recurring errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with an ESP (Email Service Provider) platform.
- 1+ year of CRM QA experience: Specialized experience in double-checking targeting, links, and rendering (experience with Braze is a massive plus).
- Technical Basics: Functional knowledge of HTML and basic Google Sheets skills for data validation.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with JIRA (or similar ticketing systems) and project management tools like Notion or Confluence.
- The QA Mindset: A process-driven individual who naturally triple-checks everything and thrives in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills to proactively flag issues and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience with app-centric/mobile-first products or basic SQL knowledge.
