About Genflow

We are the world's leading creator monetisation agency. We do everything from building brands with creators, launch digital platforms and work with the world's biggest brands. Our creators include Iman Gadzhi, Grace Beverley, Mike Thurston, Leana Deeb, Chris Williamson and many others.

We believe having an audience is the most powerful asset you can have - it represents a ready made customer base to which anyone can sell the right product(s), and on which you can launch and scale a business fast. We've had a lot of success with this model, and manage a portfolio of 65+ creator brands across physical and digital products in fitness, fashion, beauty, nutrition and wellness, education and productivity.

We are a fast-growing, ambitious company (team is a 100+ with global offices) that has achieved so much already, but knows there is still so much more opportunity to go after, which is why we are building out our high-performing team.

  • Take responsibility for devising the email marketing strategy and its execution and reporting of results.
  • Pull and interrogate the relevant data points that will inform strategy, and harness the insight to put in place practical action plans to improve performance
  • Report results weekly to line managers internally

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • Proven experience in a specialist email marketing role within the B2C digital content and / or e-commerce industries, preferably with experience in some of the following categories: fitness content platforms, courses and paid community platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of designing, implementing, and optimising campaigns
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver with a deep understanding of the metrics and data, and A/B testing, and the ability to translate data into insight and action plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting pedigree, especially sales and conversion focussed copy
  • Ability to create assets using eg Canva to support emails
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The kind of attitude we're looking for:

  • A naturally curious problem solver
  • The ability to work across multiple projects at the same time at pace
  • Someone who really takes pride in their work and the quality of their output
  • A genuine willingness to roll up their sleeves and get work done and make things happen, whether it's reporting, analysis, execution or jumping on a call with a client
  • A willingness to learn, improve and refine their craft
