The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and versatile Email Marketing Designer to elevate our visual storytelling across the digital landscape. While your primary focus will be crafting high-converting email graphics, you are a true multimedia athlete capable of pivoting to ad sets, social content, and landing page design. We need someone who can not only design from scratch but also master the art of the edit—iterating on existing assets and stitching together engaging video and GIF content. If you are a Figma and Adobe Suite expert who prides yourself on extreme attention to detail and professional presentation, we want you to help us scale.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Multi-Channel Design: Craft compelling graphics for email marketing campaigns, display ads, social media, and landing pages.
- Asset Iteration: Expertly edit and iterate on existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, and implementing strategic text overlays.
- Motion Content: Stitch and edit short-form video and GIF content to bring dynamic energy to digital campaigns across all channels.
- Internal Branding: Visually enhance internal documentation, decks, and presentations to ensure brand consistency at every level.
- Creative Execution: Maintain a high standard of precision and attention to detail, ensuring all exports meet platform-specific requirements.
What You Bring
- Professional Foundation: 3+ years of experience in graphic design and editing, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing team.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
- High Detail Orientation: A rigorous approach to design quality, ensuring no pixel or typo goes unnoticed.
- Operational Reliability: The ability to work consistently within US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Bonus Points if:
- You are familiar with HubSpot for marketing automation and email deployment.
- You use Canva for rapid mockups and quick-turn editing.
- You have a background in designing for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- You are comfortable using Gmail and Slack for seamless remote team communication.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:
- Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We've got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you're 100% ready.
- Step 6 Client Interview: You'll meet the client to discuss how you'll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
