Job Description

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Campaign Manager who will take full ownership of our bulk email campaigns for multiple software products in the food and hospitality industry. This role combines hands-on execution, team management, and strategic, data-driven marketing.

Core responsibilities:

Email Campaign Ownership

  • Plan, create, and execute bulk email campaigns for several software products and target markets.
  • Build campaign calendars, coordinate send dates, and ensure all mailings are delivered on time and error-free.
  • Ensure all emails follow company branding, tone of voice, and compliance (opt-in, unsubscribe, etc.).

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a small team of email specialists responsible for:
  • Collecting and validating email addresses from multiple sources
  • Cleaning and segmenting mailing lists
  • Preparing and scheduling campaigns in the chosen email platform
  • Provide clear instructions, review their work, and ensure high quality and productivity.

Copywriting & Content

  • Write high-quality marketing messages in perfect English, including:
  • Email subject lines and preheaders
  • Email body copy and calls-to-action
  • Short marketing texts that clearly explain the value of our software products
  • Adapt tone and message depending on audience (prospects, clients, different regions/segments).

Campaign Management, Testing & Optimization

  • Design and manage campaigns to test different markets, segments, and offers.
  • Set up A/B tests (subject lines, content, send times, etc.) and evaluate performance.
  • Analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, unsubscribe, bounce rates) and prepare clear reports for management.
  • Use campaign results to refine strategy and improve future mailings.

Organization, Data & Strategy

  • Maintain a well-structured database of mailing lists, segments, and campaign history.
  • Work closely with management to define target audiences, campaign objectives, and success metrics.
  • Propose new ideas for nurturing sequences, onboarding emails, reactivation campaigns, and product launch mailings.
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal procedures are followed for each campaign.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English writing skills. You must be able to write clear, persuasive, and error-free marketing emails (with help of AI).
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time.
  • Proven ability to analyze data (Excel or similar tools) and translate numbers into concrete actions and improvements.
  • Comfortable leading a small team: giving instructions, checking work, and ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Experience in similar tasks (email marketing, CRM campaigns, newsletter management, or bulk email sending) is a strong advantage.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage, but not strictly required if you can learn quickly.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and improve campaigns over time.
  • Able to work independently, but also collaborate well with management and other teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in software or B2B marketing is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule & Location

  • This role follows regular office hours (day shift, Monday to Friday).
  • Occasional work aligned with campaign send times or international time zones may be required.
  • Full-time in-office position the selected candidate will be expected to report to our Ortigas, Pasig office.
  • This is not a hybrid or remote role.
