The Role
We're looking for a talented Email Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. You'll be responsible for designing high-performing email and SMS creative across a portfolio of D2C brands - primarily in the health, wellness, fashion and lifestyle ecommerce space.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on one brand and make things look pretty. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where creative quality and output consistency matter in equal measure. You'll be designing across multiple clients, working within brand guidelines, and producing work that is built to convert - not just to look good.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing email and SMS creative across a portfolio of D2C clients - from promotional campaigns and flows to seasonal pushes and product launches
- Producing high volumes of on-brand assets to a consistently high standard, on time, every time
- Working closely with email strategists and copywriters to bring campaigns to life visually
- Iterating on creative based on performance data - if something is working, you build on it; if it isn't, you fix it
- Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across multiple clients simultaneously
- Contributing ideas to creative strategy and bringing fresh thinking to briefs
- Managing your own workload within the SCRUM framework - keeping your backlog up to date and hitting sprint targets
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in email design, ideally within a D2C, ecom or agency environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality email creative across multiple brands
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- A solid understanding of email best practices - layout, hierarchy, mobile optimisation, accessibility
- The ability to work at volume without letting standards slip - minimum 120 assets per week across the creative team is the benchmark
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage feedback constructively
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely
Desirable
- Experience designing for Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Understanding of D2C performance metrics and what drives conversion
- Experience working across health, wellness or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with paid social creative - useful but not essential
