About Us

No Limit Email is a global ecommerce retention marketing agency. We help DTC brands convert and retain more customers through email and SMS. Our team spans the globe, from South Africa to Singapore, Portugal to the Philippines, Bulgaria to Bali.

We're looking for a skilled email designer to join our creative team and design for up to 15 six-to-eight-figure ecommerce accounts. We manage your daily capacity, so you won't be overloaded.

What you'll do

• Create on-brand, conversion-focused email designs that grab and hold attention
• Build responsive layouts with device breakpoints and workarounds for email-client limitations
• Build your approved designs directly inside Klaviyo
• Work closely with copywriters and strategists so every email matches the copy vision and the strategy
• Communicate proactively on requirements, timelines, and status
• Keep a clean library of campaigns and assets

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of agency or in-house email design experience (strongly preferred)
• A portfolio of ecommerce email work you can show (case studies and examples)
• Ability to build email designs inside Klaviyo (required)
• Skilled in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (required)
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Fluent English, verbal and written (required)
• Nice to have: Spellbound (interactive emails), Justuno / Postscript / Amped / OptiMonk (pop-ups)
