Your Role:
As an Email Designer, you will:
- Conceptualise, design, and build on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns.
- Apply strong typography, layout composition, and grid systems to ensure hierarchy and readability.
- Create polished design mockups in Figma/Adobe for approval prior to build.
- Build and deploy responsive, mobile-optimised campaigns directly in Klaviyo.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and render correctly across major email clients.
- Optimise CTA design and placement to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Work collaboratively through multiple feedback cycles (internal and client).
- Take initiative to improve workflows, campaign performance, and brand consistency
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 5-10+ years professional graphic design experience.
- Extensive experience designing and building in Klaviyo (non-negotiable).
- Proven brand-side design experience, across website, email, and brand content.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards for email.
- Expertise in responsive design and mobile optimisation.
- Solid understanding of email client limitations and workarounds.
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a strong bonus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
