Qualifications

- With experience in elevator sales

- Knowledgeable in reading shop drawings and architectural plans

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Willing to attend site meetings in Cebu

- Can work independently and manage tasks while working from home

- Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented

- Willing to travel for client/site meetings when required

Job Description

- Handle sales inquiries and generate potential clients

- Present and promote elevator products and solutions

- Attend site meetings and client meetings as needed

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams

- Review and understand shop drawings and architectural plans

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents

- Follow up with clients and monitor sales opportunities

- Assist clients throughout the sales process
